A Fresh Look
The Scramblers franchise spans decades, and their customers are familiar with their cozy, welcoming restaurants. Their website had been lacking that same feel. We knew that delivering an enjoyable online experience is key to turning first-time guests into regulars.
Delicious breakfast food is the heart of the Scramblers identity. By working with Scramblers’ new brand guidelines, we crafted a website reflects what Scramblers does best. Vibrant colors and fresh photography creates a seamless brand experience from the webpage to the first bite.
New Features, Great Experience
To elevate Scramblers’ online presence, we looked to the successful user-experience patterns of top restaurant brands. Our mission was to create an experience that’s familiar to regulars, yet intuitive for Scramblers’ new customers. The food-first design focuses on easy-to-find buttons, mouth-watering photos, and just the right amount of info users need to plan a visit to their local location or place an order.
With over 25 locations across several states, Scramblers needed tools that match their scale. Our redesign features a restaurant locator map, styled to give their customers a Scramblers-first experience while searching for the restaurant closest to them.
Brunch from Your Phone
One of the biggest priorities that surfaced during our research was improving the mobile experience. In comparison to other leading restaurants, it was not clear how to navigate the site and where to order online. Our website redesign introduced a sidebar menu, which adapts to desktop and mobile sizes and makes ordering online fast and easy.
Combined with other mobile-friendly features like large buttons, dynamic layouts, and loading optimizations, Scramblers’ customers can now enjoy a fast, smooth experience wherever they are.
Results
The finished product is a digital extension of the Scramblers dining experience. With features built for mobile, improved functionality, and vibrant visuals, the new site elevates the brand’s charm to today’s needs.
